Born in West Reading, Pennsylvania, March 16, 1955, Mr. Mogel is a lifelong resident of Berks County. He was awarded a B.A. in 1977 by Syracuse University and a J.D. in 1980 by the Delaware Law School at Widener University (now Widener University School of Law). He was admitted to the Bar in 1980. Mr. Mogel practices primarily in the areas of family law, residential and commercial real estate law, mortgage foreclosure, zoning, and land use law. Mr. Mogel is an AV-rated attorney.

Born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, February 18, 1962, Mr. Price graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in 1984 with a B.A. in Government. He was awarded a J.D. in 1990 by The Dickinson School of Law. He was admitted to the Bar in 1990. Mr. Price is active in local clubs and is a member of the Wernersville Borough Council. Mr. Price practices in the areas of general civil litigation, municipal law, real property, and probate.

Mr. Price currently serves on the YMCA corporate and Central Branch boards. He previously served on the boards of the American Red Cross and the Spanish Speaking Council of Reading & Berks County. Mr. Price lives with his family in Wernersville.

Born in Rochester, New York, October 29, 1973, Mr. Zimmer graduated magna cum laude from Cabrini College in 1996 with a B.A. in Psychology and in 1998 graduated from Temple University with an M. Ed. in Counseling Psychology. In 2001, Mr. Zimmer was awarded a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in October 2001, and the New Jersey Bar in November 2001. He practices in the areas of family law, adoption, general litigation, employment law, estate planning, and corporate law. In addition to being admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania, Mr. Zimmer is also admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Mr. Zimmer is a court-appointed custody mediator and a civil litigation arbitrator. He is the chair of the Berks County Bar Family Law Section as well as Law Day Committee. He has sat on subcommittees of the Berks County Bar Association and presented legal education seminars to the Bar. Mr. Zimmer served on the board of the Family Guidance Center, and he is the former Chairman of the Western District Berks County Republican Committee. Mr. Zimmer recently provided editorial assistance by evaluating the legal points of Dr. Brenda Russell’s new book, The Battered Woman’s Syndrome in the Courts, a textbook on domestic violence to be used in both law schools and other graduate programs. Dr. Russell is an Associate Professor in Applied Psychology and Coordinator of the Applied Psychology Program at Penn State University’s Berks campus. McFarland & Company published the book in late 2010. Mr. Zimmer resides with his family in Spring Township.

Born in Reading, Pennsylvania in September, 1971, Ms. Sarno is a lifelong resident of Berks County. She graduated cum laude from Duquesne University in 1993 with a BA in English and Political Science. She was awarded a J.D. in 1996 from The Dickinson School of Law. 

Ms. Sarno spent 20 years of her legal career as a Staff Attorney for Berks Women in Crisis/SafeBerks. Ms. Sarno practices primarily in the areas of family law, wills and estates and general civil litigation.

Born in Des Moines, Iowa, August 4, 1998, Ms. Timura graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.A. in Political Science. She was awarded a J.D. in 2023 from the Widener University Delaware School of Law. She was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2023. Ms. Timura has a wide range of legal interests and resides with her family in Exeter Township.

 

The Pennsylvania Permanency Conference Planning Committee recently awarded Attorney Zimmer the Permanency Teamwork Recognition award for the outstanding work he has done to promote permanency and his work in children and youth matters in the state of Pennsylvania.
